Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA)

If you live in Marion or Polk County and need help with rent or utility bills to avoid disconnection or eviction, our EFA program may be able to help. We offer limited support for unexpected financial challenges or barriers.

When you call, we’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs. Our caring team will guide you through the process and explain your options. Every situation is unique, and we’re here to provide respectful, confidential support.
